This remote corner of Zambia is famous for its big game and remarkable variety and concentration of wildlife. Lower Zambezi remains largely unspoiled by tourism for a true experience of wilderness in all its breathtaking and unpredictable glory. Lower Zambezi National Park has no paved roads, so you’re unlikely to encounter fellow adventurers in safari vehicles, and it really will feel like it’s just you, the stunning wildlife and wide stretches of picturesque beauty.
Several areas of Lower Zambezi have been declared as World Heritage sites by UNESCO because you’re likely to see large herds of elephants and buffaloes, Nile crocodiles and more predators than you could shake a stick at (not literally!), including lions, leopards, hyenas and wild dogs.
Much of this activity is centred around the Zambezi River, where hundreds of elephants often gather to drink, take the weight off their feet and play.

I can’t thank Kerry and the team enough for the wonderful holiday we have just experienced, all organised by Ntanda Ventures. From the moment we arrived in Zambia and completed our holiday in Victoria Falls we were well taken care of and nothing was too much trouble for Kerry to take care of on our behalf. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We will return and certainly use you for any future bookings.
