Negative PCR test for Fully Vaccinated Travelers Scrapped

From 28 March 2022, the republic of Zambia scraps a Negative PCR test to enter the country for those travelers who are fully vaccinated.

The revised guidelines will apply to all international travelers to Zambia from Monday 28 March
Arriving Passengers to Zambia
Will have their temperature checked
Should hand over a
Persons who are fully vaccinated
Fully vaccinated persons do not need require any form of a negative Covid-19 test result to enter Zambia, but shall be required to provide proof of a full vaccination status
Persons not fully vaccinated
Persons not fully vaccinated, must show proof of a negative pcr test, within 72 hours of departure from the country of origin.
If you show up at the borders with an older PCR test you will be re-tested for Covid-19 at your own cost. In case of a positive test, an obligated self-quarantine is obligated.
Children below 12 Year
Do not need a vaccination or negative pcr test to enter Zambia
